Vinous Ian d'Agata - 01 May 18
Vivid straw yellow. Explosively tropical nose of papaya, lime, passion fruit, roasted banana and grapefruit. Then big, rich, ripe and extremely tropical in the mouth too with rich, layered flavors that are very similar to the aromas. Finishes long and vibrating despite its huge size, this memorable Sauvignon Blanc has an intensity of flavor that is so much in your face it’s almost too much of a good thing. But it’s hard to come by a wine made with Sauvignon Blanc that is so wonderfully pure, concentrated and energetic. A downright memorable effort from Miani.
